DUNK.st ("we", "the site") is an independent fan website showing the NBA schedule and related streams. We aim to collect as little information as possible.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your email address or other personal details. Using the chat or the feedback form is optional.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Chat and feedback

If you write in the chat, we store the name you chose, its colour and your messages, so other visitors can read them. If you send feedback, we store the message, the page and the language you were using. To stop spam and block abusive users, we keep a one-way code made from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored and the code cannot be turned back into it. Chat messages are deleted as new ones arrive (only the most recent few hundred are kept) and can be removed by the moderator at any time.

Webmaster requests

If you send the Webmasters form, we store the e-mail address and website you give us so we can reply to you. We use them for nothing else and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Information stored on your device

With your consent, the site stores your chosen language, time zone, time format, favourite team and chat name in your browser's local storage so they are remembered next time. This information never leaves your device. See our Cookie Policy.

Third-party content

Schedule data, team logos and video players are loaded from third-party services. When you view this content, those services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We do not control these services.

Children

The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can decline storage in the cookie banner, clear your browser storage at any time, or use your browser settings to block third-party cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
